第一節拳法部分 傳統技擊中的超本能學法,乃足指一次性接觸拳法,所謂 1.壓打攻擊法 動作用法:以右預備式為例,出右虛掌引探逗敵,當敵 動作用法:以右預備式為例,出上直拳引敵擊我頭部, 一次性接觸,則是指在拳法攻守之一瞬間,雙方在出手中只 能產生一次接觸點。因此拳法在技擊中接觸點少,本能反應快 等特點,故具有較高的實用價值。下面介紹的是十種超本能拳 法。 被誘採用左直攻我胸時,我則速起左臂出上至下壓住敵 拳,而後我在前跟步進身的配合下,速上直拳攻擊敵面,攻 後速滑步撤回原預備式,以待攻守。(見圖D1、D2) 要點:下壓敵臂要準狐,拳攻敵面要放長擊遠,發力飽 滿,收拳要快,富有彈性。 2.架打攻擊法 若敵果真直拳向我面門擊來,我則速用左博上架敵臂,而後 速跟步進身,以右下直拳猛擊敵軟肋空襠,攻後速撤回原預 備式,以待攻守。(見圖D3、D4) 圖D1圖D2圖D3 5.攔打攻擊法 動作用法:以左預備式為例,先以左引拳開路,至敵用 右直拳向我進攻,我則迎政前邁--步,同時右肘彎郵90°,橫 擊改拳小臂,後左腳向前進步作插步配合。瞬間再將右拳 速發出橫掄改面。攻敵後速回復原預備式,以待攻守。(見 圖D5、D6) 要點:橫肘攔截敵臂與插步後出拳要協調一致,左轉身 還原式要快。 圖D4圖D5圖D6 4.劈打收擊法 動作打法:以左預備式為例,先用引拳誘政左直拳擊我 面,我則疾迎敵上步,同時出右臂由上向下立劈敵拳,而後 再順勢向敵頸部由下至上猛擊。擊後速撤回原式。(見圈D 7、D8) 要點:上步劈拳要快,劈後雙手展開做發力配合,拳擊 敵頸要有暴發力。 5.觸打攻擊法 動作打法:以左預備式為例,改出右直拳速來攻我,我 則速用右臂進行接觸性阻攔,當政臂與我臂產生接觸點一瞬 來,我則速用左臂橫肘向外磕擊敵來拳,而後速上右步以右 下掖拳進擊敵軟肋或腹部,發力時要用跟步做配合。(見圖 D12) 作要乾淨利落。 來,我則速用右臂由上向下外開敵拳,而後用左虛掌引敵視 線,右開拳在跟步的配合下,以迅雷不及掩耳之勢擊敵左太 要點:上步橫肘外掛敵拳要準,跟步掖拳要有抖勁,動 開打攻擊法 動作用法:以右預備式為例,若敵用下直拳向我胸腹擊 陽穴部位,此式也稱單風貫耳。(見圖D13、D14) 要點:外開敵拳與跟步進身要同時進行,開敵拳後要以 擺拳之式,重擊敵太陽穴。 動作用法:以右預備式為例,敢若用低腿向我擊來,我 則速坐身將預備式降低,同時向後滑步,再用右拳作由上至 下砸擊敵低腿,將低腿砸落後,突然上跟步進身將砸拳轉為 右直拳,襲擊敵面,使敵措手不及而被擊。(見圖D15、D16) 要點:預備式要低,下班拳要狠,上跟步出拳擊敵要迅 速,滑步撤回原預備式要快。 圖D12 9.砸打政擊法 圖D13 離性腿法則是指在皮擊中雙方身體不發生接觸而能擊中對手 約一種腿擊法。此腿法的特點是:動作簡單樸實,技巧微妙, 出腿自然,本能性強等優勢。攻則易造成敵反應失調,守則 易使敵不能近身麗被擊潰,下面將該法中的低、中、高三 路十五種超本筋腿擊法陳述如下。(下列動作以一講為例) ... ... ... ...
